Alex hired a plane to fly over beaches in California that had a banner that said "REGGIE MILLER STOP PURSUING MARRIED WOMAN". His fiancee is Ali Kay. Alex was previously charged in 2003 for an assault charge for beating up Rowen Seibel for flirting with Ali.
